Overview
A from-scratch system for managing properties with their contracts, payments, and maintenance — not just CRUD, but a complete operating cycle with a full accounting module and WhatsApp integration for tenants and owners.
The challenge
Managing units, leases, payments, maintenance, and accounting by hand was slow and error-prone, with no clear visibility for owners or tenants.
What I built
I built a system that manages owners, tenants, and units, auto-generates installments when a contract is created, logs maintenance and charges it back to owners, and includes a journal, petty cash, and per-owner/per-property accounts with automatic entries — plus owner/tenant portals and WhatsApp reminders.
