Overview
A comprehensive platform for managing educational grants: applicants create drafts, submit, and track status, while supervisors and admins review, refer, and approve — with messaging, ticketing, notifications, and exportable reports.
The challenge
The apply–review–approve–track cycle was manual, making it hard to follow up and to communicate between applicants and supervisors.
What I built
I built an end-to-end system: an application page with drafts, an admin dashboard, messaging/ticketing/notifications, applicant profiles with email updates, file uploads for accepted students, and exportable reports with a fully responsive UI.
