Overview
A platform for managing the EmSAT exam proctor workforce across multiple centers — real-time attendance, cumulative evaluations, and rewards, with a financial dashboard and reports. The platform is in production, used by proctors and admins.
The challenge
Coordinating proctors, assigning them to centers, and tracking their attendance, evaluations, and rewards across many centers was complex and error-prone.
What I built
I built a system to manage and assign proctors to centers, track per-center attendance in real time with attendance rates, give proctors self-service review, a financial dashboard, cloud integration, and Excel/PDF reports — plus admin and center evaluations and document signing.
