These terms apply to this website and the applications and integrations provided by Abdalla Abdelsabour that link to them. By using a covered service, you agree to these terms. A separate project agreement or application-specific terms may define additional features, charges, support, or responsibilities.
Using the services
Use the website and applications lawfully and only for purposes you are authorized to carry out. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another person’s data without permission, disrupt a service, or use an integration to send abusive or unlawful content.
If you use a service on behalf of an organization, you must have permission to act for it and to connect its accounts or process its data. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information and instructions you provide.
Accounts and connected providers
Where sign-in is offered, keep your account and recovery methods secure. Review the application name and permissions before connecting Google or another provider, and authorize only accounts and data you are entitled to manage.
A connected feature depends on your authorization and the provider’s availability, limits, and terms. You may revoke access at any time, but features that rely on it may then stop working. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of your account or data to us and does not imply endorsement by Google or another provider.
Your data and privacy
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to carry out the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and the permissions you grant. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to process information belonging to other people.
The Privacy Policy explains what information is used, how connected services work, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other credentials through the website’s contact form.
Availability, automation, and backups
Services may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, expired authorization, storage limits, or third-party changes. Unless separately agreed in writing, uninterrupted availability or successful completion of every automated operation is not guaranteed.
For features that store, synchronize, or restore data, check operation results, configure retention carefully, keep any necessary recovery keys, and maintain appropriate independent backups. Review the consequences before deleting data or restoring a backup, as these actions may remove or replace existing information.
Website content and project agreements
The website’s original text, design, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Do not reuse protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Ownership, licensing, payment, delivery, and support for commissioned work are governed by the agreement for that project. These public terms do not replace a separately agreed project contract or remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Stopping use and access restrictions
You can stop using a service and revoke connected-account access at any time. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Stopping use or disconnecting an account does not automatically delete previously stored information; deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
