Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy covers this website and the applications and integrations provided by Abdalla Abdelsabour that link to it. The information used depends on the service and the features you choose. Any application-specific notice explains additional processing before you use that feature.
Information you provide and information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond and discuss your request. Service providers may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to deliver the website, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.
If an application offers sign-in with Google or another provider and you choose to use it, we receive the account identifier and the basic profile details included in the permissions shown to you, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. We use these details to identify your account, establish a session, and provide account-related support. We do not receive your Google password.
Google sign-in and connected services
Signing in identifies you; connecting an additional service enables a specific feature. Signing in alone does not give an application access to all of your Google data. The consent screen identifies the application and the permissions it requests. You can review those permissions before deciding whether to continue.
We request access only for features available in the application that you choose to use. For example, a Google Drive backup feature uses authorized files and folders to upload backups, retrieve them for restoration, and remove them according to your retention settings. An integration may also store file identifiers, account details, and operation status so it can manage that feature. The application explains any other requested access in context.
Where you authorize ongoing access, the application may store authorization tokens to perform the requested feature without asking you to sign in each time, including scheduled operations you enable. Access remains limited by the permissions you grant and can be revoked. Declining a permission may make the related feature unavailable; browsing this public website does not require a Google account.
How data is used and shared
We use personal information to provide the service you request, respond to messages, maintain account security, resolve problems, and meet applicable legal obligations. Data may be processed by hosting, email, and connected-service providers where needed to deliver those functions. When an application is operated for an organization, its authorized administrators manage access and the data stored in that deployment.
We do not sell personal information. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling for advertising, or training general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. We do not give other people access to Google user data except where necessary to provide the feature you requested, with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by applicable law and permitted by Google policies. Human access to Google data is permitted only with your explicit consent for specific data, where necessary for security, or to comply with applicable law.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google API Services User Data PolicyStorage and security
Information is stored in the systems used to operate the relevant website or application. Files sent to a connected storage service are held in the account or destination configured for that feature; local copies and operational records may also remain in the application. Hosting and connected-service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
We use appropriate access controls and security measures for the service, including secure connections and protection of authorization credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your own account, device, and recovery information, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Retention, revoking access, and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, maintain necessary operational records, handle your request, or meet applicable legal obligations. Backup files follow the retention settings of the application or organization that manages them. Retention can differ between messages, account records, logs, and backup copies.
You can revoke a Google connection through your Google Account connections page and use the application’s disconnect option where available. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase information already stored, files already uploaded, or backup copies. To request access, correction, or deletion of stored data, contact us or your organization’s administrator. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, and will explain any records that must be retained.
Manage your Google Account connectionsCookies and browser storage
This website uses browser storage for interface preferences such as the color theme and whether the introductory animation has already played. Applications with accounts may also use cookies or similar storage to maintain a signed-in session and protect it. You can manage browser storage in your browser settings; disabling it may affect preferences or sign-in.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a connected feature needs a new type of data or a new purpose, we explain the change and request any additional consent required before using it that way. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to the contact address below.
