Overview

I developed Ayah Academy as an end-to-end education product for students, parents, teachers, and administrators. The journey starts with the marketing site and free trial, then continues through tailored dashboards, session logs and reports, progress tracking, games, quizzes, certificates, subscriptions, and billing in one platform.

The challenge

Running an online Quran academy takes more than video calls: students need an engaging experience, parents need clear progress visibility, teachers need session and assessment tools, and administrators need subscriptions and billing without fragmented data.

What I built

I built an Arabic/English, role-based platform connecting registration and the free trial with student, session, and report management. It adds learning through games, quizzes, points, badges, certificates, a real-time interactive whiteboard, and integrated subscriptions, invoices, coupons, and notifications.

  • Bilingual, search-optimized marketing site with a clear free-trial journey

  • Role-based dashboards for students, parents, teachers, and administrators

  • Quran memorization, Tajweed, Arabic, and Islamic studies programs

  • Session, attendance, rating, report, and per-student progress tracking

  • Educational games, question bank, quizzes, points, badges, leaderboard, and certificates

  • Real-time interactive whiteboard for teaching sessions

  • Subscriptions, invoices, coupons, and usage-based billing

  • Notifications, attachments, backups, and secure data operations
